NUTRITION
I truly enjoy to cook and I put a lot of love in the meals I prepare. I serve only healthy home cooked meals. Nothing microwaveable, nothing pre-made. I prepare and serve a variety of well-balanced foods your children will love.
I promote healthy nutrition and safe food handling. As parents, I know you appreciate the fact that I am concerned about the nutrition and health of your children. Nutrition is an important part of good health and our Family Day Care Home. More whole grain foods, less sweets, variety of food choices, low fat milk, more fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch and or Dinner are served during the course of each day. I have provided a sample of daily meals served to our day care children below. I welcome your suggestions. Please email them to me at christianfamilydc@verizon.net. Thank you.
